Our Kitchen Reno Process
When speaking to us, you're speaking to the people who will be executing your project. No salesmen. Our goal is to keep you informed every step of the way in order to make this experience as seamless and stress-free as possible for you.
Kitchens are ordered before the project starts in order to shorten renovation time and to keep the project flowing in constant progression.
1. Free Initial Inquiry
Get in touch with us to book an onsite visit so that we can learn more about your vision and see the space that we will be working with. Once we determine the scope and idea for the project, we can assess if we can effectively take on the project.
2. Free Estimate
Once the project has been reviewed, a written estimate will be provided for the scope of work.
Details and cost are subject to change before being finalized.
3. Contract
If you decide to work with us, the contract will be presented, reviewed and signed. A deposit will be due at this time.
Cost: Typically 5% - 20%
4. Design Plans/Permit Process
Create the perfect space that mirrors your individuality and preferences by working with our designer or architect. Drawings are generally required for permit submissions as well.
Cost: Varying
5. Start Construction
Once the permit process is complete and drawings are finalized, we will review the project in detail, including timelines and payment schedules. After that the work will commence.

6. Construction Complete
All inspections have been passed and our work is completed. The job site is cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. At this point, we will do any touch-ups required. A 2-year warranty will come with our work.
