What to Expect

We Are Customer-Focused
When speaking to us, you're speaking to the people that will be executing your project. No salesmen. We know the ins and outs of each process and will guide you every step of the way so that you know exactly what's going on. Stay in the loop by using our mobile application to view progress reports, photos, and schedules at every stage.
1. Free Initial Inquiry
Contact us via our website, phone or email. Once we determine the scope and idea for the project, we can assess if we can effectively take on the project. A site meeting is required to determine the project details & budget.
2. Free Estimate
Once the project has been reviewed, a written estimate will be provided for the scope of work.
Details and cost are subject to change before being finalized.
3. Contract
If you decide to proceed and are happy with the scope of work, the contract will be presented, reviewed and signed. A deposit will be due at this time.
Cost: Typically 5% - 20%
4. Design Plans/Permit Process
Depending on the scope of the project, a designer or architect may be required. If so, we will supply ours. Drawings are generally required for permit submissions as well.

5. Start Construction
Once the permit process is complete and drawings are finalized, we will review the project in detail, including timelines and payment schedules. After that the work will commence.

6. Construction Complete
All inspections have been passed and our work is completed. Job site is cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. At this point, we will do any touch-ups required. A 2-year warranty will come with our work.
Cost: Paid in Full
