Estimate / Proposal
Once the project has been reviewed a written estimate will be provided for the scope of work. Details and cost are subject to change before being finalized.
Once the client decides to proceed and is happy with the scope of work, the contract will be presented, reviewed and signed. A deposit will be due at this time.
Cost: Typically 5% - 20%
Design Plans / Permit Process
Depending on the scope of the project a designer or architect may be required, if so we will supply ours. Drawings are generally required for permit submissions as well.
Once the permit process is complete and drawings are finalized, we will review the project in detail, including timelines and payment schedules. After that the work will commence.
All inspections have been passed and our work is completed. Job site is cleaned and ready for the clients to enjoy. At this point we will do any touch ups required. A 1 year warranty will come with our work.
